HEALTH TRANSFORMATION

Health Transformation

I know personal transformation is obtainable. On my own transformation journey, I lost more than 100 pounds, but I didn't just change shape, I changed my mind! I became capable of things I never thought I could do. After coaching more than 1,500 clients and training a team of 30 coaches, I have learned the best gift you can give yourself and everyone you know is YOU.

Always tired? Napping daily?

Dragging or depressed? Overweight and in pain? Wishing you had answers? 


Me, me, me! I wanted to learn how to navigate life and not lose myself, but in fact found myself bumping into old age in my 50's... wishing I could somehow step into the footsteps of someone who seemed to know what I was missing.... follow their lead, but how? Where?


I began to really focus and something shifted in 2017. I discovered the secret to my future and once I found it, I kept going. Nutrition and Education are perfect companions, complementing each other like a bridge connecting two shores, and I crossed the bridge!


Community support, structure and the building of healthy habits and private coaching have led me to healthy living and continuing to push a little higher... Every day! 


I've come along ways since then and have maintained that 100+ pound loss for more than 7 years... I haven't looked back. We push higher every day. But how much? "Higher" can be as little as 1% more than yesterday, but multiplied over time it's significant. I've gained—and continue to gain—life long changes.


I'm paying this gift forward and have helped nearly 2,000 clients reach their health goals around balanced and proper nutrition, weight loss, muscle power and growth, mental clarity, energy, and exercise. They've strengthened relationships, gone back to church, embraced their own inner light again and started really living! 


I went from being part time in a wheel chair to dancing, biking, walking, skiing... the list is endless. Turns out, age might not be the real problem!


Who do you know that needs their life back? Maybe it's you? Is your "dreamer" broken? My desire is to bring healthy thinking, along with open and creative awareness that will empower personal growth! I am bursting with enthusiasm as I continue to watch people take back their lives!
